What currency are orders processed in?
Prices listed on our site are quoted in US dollars.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our books are printed when ordered. Orders processed before 2 pm begin processing the same day. They are then shipped from fulfillment centers all over the world. Expect 3-7 business days in production before shipment. During high demand seasons (such as Holidays), print times may extend beyond our average estimated print times. We upgrade shipping in some cases to make up for longer processing times.
Where is my order?
Sometimes items get lost in the mail, however, we are committed to getting you what you paid for. If for any reason your order does not arrive in the listed shipping timeframe, please send an email including your name, order number and mailing address to info@commandinglife.com. It will be our pleasure to reprint and reship your order with tracking information.
SHIPPING
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide! Please note that delivery timeframes quoted do not include any delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers.
I live internationally, can I request upgraded shipping on my order?
Yes, please email us your shipping address and items you wish to order at info@commandinglife.com We will be happy to quote you custom shipping rates and times.
How long does shipping take?
When your order is shipped a confirmation email will be sent with your shipment info. Orders are shipped via local postal systems and for some international orders tracking information is not available. Please see estimated shipping times via standard shipping:
- USA: 3–7 Business Days
- Canada: 3–15 Business Days
- Europe: 2–10 Business Days
- Australia: 2-10 Business Days
- World: 10–25 Business Days
RETURNS
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 30 days of purchase. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of our products. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns. Please email info@commandinglife.com to initiate your return.
