Ever feel like there was something you forget to do? If you are like me, you can get busy and overwhelmed by completing long to-do lists. Life is full of people demanding your time, leaving you with little or no time to focus on what you want.
What you may be struggling with distraction and what you desperately want more ‘attraction.’ Let’s have a little vocabulary class for a second. Distraction is the state of diverting something in a different direction. Attraction is the state of pulling to or drawing towards oneself. Your lists are maybe distracting you from attracting what you want.
On any given day, do you know what you are attracting?
This week we encourage you to regroup and refocus on what you want to attract into your life. If you are continuously being distracting you from what you want, how will you ever attract it?
Spend some time paying attention to where your energy goes daily. Is your daily routine about creating happiness for yourself, then sharing with others? Or is it all about reducing that to-do list? Forget the to-do list, make a TO-YOU list of what makes you happy and go for it!
A TO-YOU list can help you intentionally open yourself to the possibility of creating and attracting more of what you want into your life. You can do it!
