Practice These Three Things Daily to be Happy

Hello Lifers, Happy Monday!

How much do you know about commanding your life? Commanding life is about being content with wherever you are and happily allowing Divine guidance to what you desire. It is about finding contentment along the way and reassuring yourself by saying, “I am finding my way.” Commanding life is your daily commitment to your happiness or the practice of joy. Joy starts with the ultimate mood changer – GRATITUDE.

To develop more appreciation in your life, we invite you to practice three things - FEELINGS, ACTIVATION, and BE-ING, daily.

FEELINGS – This is understanding that emotions can drive everything you do. Focusing on how you want to feel every single day is a catalyst for change. Knowledge of what generates your moods triggers them or changes them helps you to manage them. This step is all about management.

ACTIVATION – This is where you become a powerful co-creator. You manifest the life you want by only taking action from good feeling places. To successfully do this, you must actively change old habits, thoughts, or beliefs that are hindering you from maintaining positive emotions. You cannot create from a negative space. This is why we encourage you to act after focusing on your feelings.

BE - ING – Do you know who you are? Do you know what you truly desire?

Your true self knows what you want – you want to feel good as you create what you desire. Your true self is the part of you that is closest to SOURCE. This step is where you learn to stop BE-ING all the TH-INGS that hold you back like think-ING, judg-ING, measure-ING, reliv-ING, control-ING, compar-ING, etc. To live in joy, you need to shed unhealthy FEEL-INGS and focus on the only ING that matters– BE-ING. Being is existence. Existence is presence. Presence is now. Now is where everything is happening. Not WHEN – NOW. Change happens in the NOW. Happiness happens in the NOW. You are at this moment everything you want, and the only thing that is keeping you back from that is BEING everything you want.

How can you BE more?

  • Focus on developing, practicing, and maintaining positive emotions like gratitude.
  • Focus on intentionally feeling how you want to feel.
  • Focus on activating positive feelings while performing random tasks during your day.
  • Focus on BE-ing the feelings you want by making it a habit. Happiness is a lifelong practice.
REPEAT DAILY.

Be in love with your life. Feel appreciation for your ability to create the experience you want. Be eager to apply the tools to shift yourself to more appreciate. You have to be willing to do the work to fix what you want to change.
