This course combines the structure of a class with the heart of a support circle. So you don’t have to heal alone. It’s a space to learn, unlearn, and come home to yourself in community.

Because I know what it’s like.

I thought I loved myself… but it was surface. I was surviving, not living. Holding it all together on the outside, while slowly unraveling on the inside. Always managing, fixing, smiling on the outside, but inside, I was tired. Resentful. Disconnected. Quietly breaking under the weight of it all. I used to think confidence meant having it all figured out. That control was strength. That being busy, endlessly available, and constantly giving, that was love.

But what I’ve come to understand is this:

Control isn’t confidence.

Overgiving isn’t love.

Self-neglect isn’t strength.

Somewhere along the way, between being a mother, a wife, a friend, a daughter, I lost myself. I was so attuned to everyone else’s needs that I forgot how to hear my own. I didn’t know how to check in with myself. How to trust what I felt. How to offer myself the grace I gave so freely to others.

What if healing isn’t about doing more? But about finally coming home to you?

That’s why I created the Giving Yourself G.R.A.C.E. course and support circle. Because we don’t need another to-do list. We don’t need another “self-care” trend that adds pressure or feels like performance. We need a gentle, grounded path back to ourselves. A simple daily practice that helps us remember what is important.
